Like his name, Paul Q-Pek is a unique and interesting artist with a unique and interesting past. Born and raised in California, in a strong Christian household, Paul's career encompasses experiences as diverse as touring Internationally with the Continental Singers and co-founding the semi-legendary Christian band One Bad Pig.

Paul is a compelling singer, performer and musical communicator with a heart for the Church. God uses his theatrical training and experience in dramatically illustrating the Kingdom of God with power and truth that cannot be denied. "My desire is that the Holy Spirit fully use me to strike a chord that leads them to pure, passionate worship of our King, to teach scriptural Truths, and touch emotions that cause compassion for our brothers, for 'the least of these', and for the lost," says Paul. As one of Absolute Record's first artists, Paul's heart and vision beat in unison with his new found musical 'home'. Paul's debut album released in March, 1996. The first two singles, "Touch the Ground" and "I (Surrender)," reached "Top 10" status on Christian Hit Radio. Paul resides in Nashville with his wife, Kira, and their three children, Evangeline, Clyde and Joy.
